Install POSH with `brew install --cask skatkov/tap/poshtui`, AUR (`yay -S poshtui-bin`), or GitHub Releases. Retrieve a license from your Polar customer portal and run `posh activate YOUR_LICENSE_KEY` locally, never in chat. From your Ruby project run `posh sync`, then configure command `posh` with args `["mcp","--project","/absolute/path/to/project"]`. Tools: docsets, search, list, outline, read, sync. Lookup tools are read-only. Sync uses the network and updates the local documentation/index. No hosted URL or API-key environment variable. Public repository contains install metadata, not the proprietary application source.
