  • Your submission does not contain any malicious, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any submission at our discretion
  • Submitted server information will be publicly visible in the directory

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent server listings
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

The MCP Directory website, including its design, layout, code, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open protocol. Server names, logos, and descriptions listed in the directory belong to their respective owners. By submitting a server to the directory, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the submitted information as part of the directory.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites, repositories, and services. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any server listings or information displayed in the directory. Users should independently verify server information before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCP Directory and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, any server listed in the directory, or any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MCP Directory and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any server listing or content from the directory at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, inaccurate information, or requests from the rightful owners of listed servers. If you believe a listing should be removed, please contact us through our GitHub repository.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
