Trustfull is a fraud intelligence platform that helps organizations detect and investigate fraud using signals from phone numbers, email addresses and IP addresses. Fraud teams use this intelligence across account creation, account takeover, payments, merchant risk and ongoing investigations. The Trustfull connector brings this intelligence into Claude. Users can retrieve risk signals and reason codes, investigate multiple identifiers together, and ask Claude to analyze and explain the findings. Where a custom risk model is configured, Claude can retrieve its rules and apply them to Trustfull results, providing a clear assessment of the risk and which rules were triggered.
