What you can do: - Design a form's structure, questions, choices, and branching logic interactively - Create and publish forms for a wide range of use cases, from surveys to inquiry forms - Analyze the structure and branching of existing forms - Aggregate and analyze collected responses - Configure AI-assisted input support, external data lookups, webhook notifications, and external service integrations From a simple contact form to complex questionnaires with conditional branching and validation, Claude can build it through conversation — and once responses come in, analyze them right in the chat. An account for Ask One, CREATIVE SURVEY, or Fan Fan Fan and a contract for the Ninout MCP option are required.
