Candidates and prospects Search and update candidates, track education and employment history, manage tags and attachments, add notes, merge duplicates, and work with prospect pools. Applications and pipeline See every application by job and stage, move candidates forward, reject or unreject with the right reason, convert prospects, and record hires. Jobs and job posts Create and update jobs, openings, hiring teams and job posts, including post locations, and review each job's interview plan and job boards. Interviews and scorecards Schedule and update interviews, see interviewers and interview kits, and read or create scorecards and their answers. Offers and approvals Create and update offers, run approval flows, and manage approver groups. Organization setup Manage users, job permissions, departments, offices and custom fields, and look up roles, sources, referrers, email templates, close and rejection reasons, and pay inputs. Reporting and compliance Pull EEOC and demographic data, AI opt-out statuses and rejection details for reporting.
